Good to know:	Booking Policy: Bookings can only be made for couples (male and female) aged 21 and over. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Proof of age is required upon check-in. Anyone found to be under 21 will be asked to leave the premises immediately. As the resort is for couples only, the companion will also be asked to leave. There will be no refund in these circumstances. A 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking, and the final payment must be made upon arrival. Accommodation will be provided to the individuals named on the booking. If changes are needed, please refer to the booking modification policy. Modification Policy: Changes to bookings made between 8 and 45 days prior to arrival are subject to an administrative fee of €50 per change. All changes must be for the same number of nights as the original booking. In case of a reduction in the number of nights in your reservation, you will have to pay 50% of the canceled days. Only the reservation holder can make changes to or cancel the reservation. Cancellation Policy: Only the reservation holder can cancel a reservation, and cancellation must be in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows: If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival and your reservation is paid through the website, there will be no cancellation fee. If payment is made by bank transfer, the cancellation fee will be the first night. If you cancel or modify your reservation between 45 and 8 days before arrival, no refund will be given. However, at the time of cancellation, you have the right to make a new reservation with fixed dates and no modification options, equivalent to the same monetary value, within the next 10 months, subject to availability on the website, and paying the reservation modification fee. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, or if you fail to show up on your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued, and you will not be able to change your stay dates. *These terms and conditions do not apply to reservations made with promotional offers or special rates.
